About
The NM LGBTQ Roundtable, facilitated by Equality New Mexico Foundation, is a coalition of driven organizations advocating for LGBTQ+ individuals across the state. In an era of increasing attacks on our community, building power among queer and trans people is essential for fostering an ideologically driven culture shift. This collective empowerment not only boosts support and commitment within our community but also publicly demonstrates our strength when united.
Through bi-monthly in-person meetings, the Roundtable addresses issues and goals relevant to New Mexico's queer and trans population, working collaboratively to plan and implement strategies that best support these goals and improve community conditions. Our commitment to collaboration, accessibility, inclusion, equality, and equity underpins all our efforts, ensuring that our work is both impactful and inclusive.
Mission
The NM LGBTQ Roundtable unites like-minded organizations dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in New Mexico, fostering community power to drive cultural change amid growing attacks on our community.
